At Kazen Kai, we understand that maintaining an active lifestyle becomes even more important as we age. In our LIFE classes, we focus on gentle movements, stretching, and low-impact exercises that are gentle on joints and muscles. Improve your balance, increase your range of motion, and boost your overall strength.
Low impact exercise offers a multitude of benefits for older adults, including increased energy levels, improved cardiovascular health, and enhanced muscular endurance. You can pay by session upon arrival, £6 per student per class.
