A Martial Arts based circuit class that is for the more serious fitness fanatic. A total body workout using traditional conditioning exercises incorporating combat fighting moves on to kick bags for that ultimate aerobic workout. See how far your limits stretch.

A legs, bums and tums low impact workout.


Grapple Fit Fight Circuit

Tuesday from 7:30pm - 8:30pm at the Penshaw club
